EXCHANGE POLICY


We hope that you love and proudly wear KARIMA brand clothing, but in case there is something that needs changed, we are happy to exchange your purchase (sorry there are no refunds at the moment).

Full price ready-to-wear items (that have not been altered or are tailor fitted) can be exchanged within 5 days of receipt of delivery. Please notify us at karimathailand@gmail.com regarding your exchange and we will e-mail you an exchange form to fill out and directions for your exchange. An exchange can be made for a different size or color of the item purchased. Sale or tailored items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

KARIMA accepts merchandise in its original condition and packaging, labels and tags intact, and accompanied by the original sales invoice. If one or more of these are missing, the exchange cannot be honored.

All goods will be inspected upon return. We do not accept merchandise that has been worn, washed, used, altered or damaged post purchase. If the merchandise is found in unsuitable condition, it will be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.

An exchange will be processed within 15 business days upon the receipt of returned merchandise. You will receive an email notification once the exchange has been processed. Shipping times may vary depending on location.

We recommend that you ship the merchandise via insured parcel post with tracking. KARIMA will not assume responsibility in the event that the exchange parcel is lost, stolen or mishandled or for any additional taxes, duties, etc. that may be incurred.

KARIMA reserves the right to refuse an exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements according to KARIMA' s discretion.
